Customer Support for Software Solution - French Speaking
In this role
You are in the Customer Success team, processing and investigating assistance and support requests from Secutix French speaking customers with frequent interactions with the teams across Europe.
As a French/English Speaking Customer Support, you will:
- Analyze support and assistance request from our French and English speaking customer
- Research, diagnose, record, and analyze issues with accurate solutions.
- Have high speed Interactions with Vietnam’s Level 3 (the Dev team)
- Have high speed Interactions with Level 1 Support in Europe
- Respond to Customer Assistance Request in writing. Help your colleagues for translations
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to maintain customer satisfaction

About your profile
We expect from you:
Experience & Skills
- Fluent French and comfortable English for day to day work in Customer support requests.
- To be extremely comfortable using and configuring software
- Attention to detail, prioritization and organization skills, easy to talk to people.
- Bachelor’s Level in Computer Science, Telecommunication or related.
- Experience handling customer support requests, troubleshooting, diagnosing bugs
- IT experience with Database / SQL Knowledge or Data analysis
