ELCA’s Dragon’s Nest

ELCA Vietnam is a subsidiary of ELCA Group, one of the largest independent software development companies in the world. We provide tailor-made and standardized solutions to support digital transformations to companies around the world.

Having more than 20 years in Vietnam, we recognize that Vietnam’s IT industry has been rapidly growing and offering more value-added products. However, the industry is still developing and the lack of practical application and training skills for IT talent is still an obstacle in our market.

Our Dragon’s Nest campaign is designed to strengthen the passion for IT, in many skill sets, from soft skills to technical expertise.

Through the ELCA’s Dragon’s Nest, we aim to:

  • Find the brightest young talents in IT.
  • Share essential tech skills and expertise with other undergraduates and freshers.
  • Provide fresh developers with an opportunity to work for many big international projects with a professional process.

At ELCA’s Dragon’s Nest, we provide an interesting, professional playing field for IT Freshers. Furthermore, we offer the opportunity to learn from leading programming experts in Vietnam and Switzerland.
