Coach the Coach Training

"When the going gets tough, the tough get going."

That common phrase reflects the belief that Elca has the people and ability to take on any challenge. And standing above our many IT Experts is a group of people that have worked through many challenges to obtain experience and abilities in order to coach our people to be their best at what they do.

To be and ELCA VN Coach means that you have not only learned a skill to share, but you have lived the experience that you can share with the developing team members of the company. ELCA VN Coaches don’t tell you how to do it but they show you how to think and gain the best outcomes in any situation. The recent workshops delivered exactly that outcome.

Through December we held a series of training sessions where our very best coaches shared learning outcomes with our developing IT Experts on Coaching Techniques. We had experienced coaches teaching new coaches which allowed everyone to share knowledge on how to develop skills in our team. It was a great moment to see knowledge sharing of theoretical and real world situations.
