Missions and responsibilities
- Lead an Agile team of 8-12 people
- Be responsible for product development from planning to acceptance within Agile teams
- Empower your team and facilitate the delivery of high-quality products regularly, repeatedly, and predictably through a focus on risk management, technical excellence, business value, and the needs of the end customer
- Accountable for the quality of Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Set the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed
- Conflict resolution within/between the delivery team and stakeholders
- Manage the relationship successfully with the client and all stakeholders through excellent communication
- Guide and coach the team to become self-organized
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System
- At least 6 years of overall experience in software development
